1. Enroll in Student Medicover
Visit smcovered.com and enroll in Student Medicover.
2. Complete the insurance waiver form delivered to your email
After you have successfully enrolled, a customer service team will send the Stanford University insurance waiver form to you in one business day. Once you have received the waiver form, please make sure the information is accurate. Then fill in your personal information to complete the form.
3. Submit your insurance waiver form on HelpSU
Visit SUNet and log in, select "Student Services & Academics".
Scroll to "Student Health" section and select "Waive Cardinal Care for international students".
Upload your completed waiver form and hit summit.
